Title: Ransomeware and behavior shields
Post by: jmonteith44 on May 15, 2019, 12:40:55 AM
During the last 10 days or so I find the ransomware shield is down, I have to restart. This occurs without warning. Two days ago my behavior shield was likewise down. What in the world is going on?

I saw that behavior in a previous beta on one of my machines, but have not encountered it in my Stable version installed. I don't know the reason they came up disabled. It wasn't always but often. There have been other post/topics with similar experiences. I'm sure Avast is all over it. And it has been mentioned on the devs. forum.

I've only encountered it when I do a system restart and usually after a Windows update.
I've never had it happen when I shut down the system and then start up again.

Well so far, it has not happened on either of my installations; latest Stable version or latest beta\
