My Avast plugin for Chrome slows my google maps to a point I can barely use them. I disable the plugin, and maps work normally again. Is this a known problem or is there I setting I need to change?

I am a bit confused, am I meant to read the first post on how to install? I already have it installed, but it is interfering with google maps and making it very slow. When I disable the plugin/extension, google maps works normally again.

More plugins means more slow and worse browsing experience. Same as toolbars this plugin is bloatware, you forgot uncheck it during installation.

The bloatware is your opinion. I find it helpful. :)
