Title: Cannot connect to my.account

I am filling this in for my Mum who is unable to connect to her account and the password given by Avast is not accepted. The email for verification no longer exists and she cannot get in to put the recent one. How can she get in touch.

She is in her 90's.

Unfortunately she/we cannot login as the password that was given by Avast a few days ago is not working, and the email address that is for login no longer exists so even if a new password is sent we cannot get it. Hope I have been able to explain clearly.  Mum would like to see her account as she has renewed her subscription and is not sure what it was for.
