Title: secure VPN won't activate with paid account

i have requested a trial for secure VPN. it will not accept the code you sent me. when i try to activate, it tells me to buy again.

thank you for reaching out. If you have an issue with an activation code, I would recommend you to check if the code is for the macOS platform and if so to contact our support (using an online form available from the application's Help menu).
