Title: smart scan stuck

Smart scan is stuck at 75% on checking browser.  If I try to close the program it will hang.

Free Avast version 19.5.2378 build 19.5.4444.501
Running on Win 10 Pro 1809 OS build 17763.437

Repair Avast:
1. Avast GUI -> Settings -> Troubleshooting
2. Click on 'REPAIR APP'.
3. Follow instructions.
4. Reboot.

As a Repair requires a 'Reboot' I wonder??
I have cleared/resolved many quirks with Avast over the last few years by simply Rebooting.
Just saying :)
