My wife plans to shut down her PC for a few months and she doesn't want to run Avast which expires on June 24.
A few days ago she got an email from Avast@digitalriver saying they would automatically renew her subscription if she did not cancel before June 9. She got a Order ID # and a Password to find her order and cancel the renewal. We have gone to the site, which has probably been written by about 15 New York lawyers, and cannot navigate the site to cancel the renewal.
I believe it was designed to not let you cancel with Avast!
I hope some Avast employee views this and can help us out real soon. We'll check back in a few hours.

I have a problem that is similar and trying to figure out how to get help with it has been a huge time waster. I realize that I have paid for some duplicate services and want to merge & clean up what I am paying for. I can't find any way to speak with someone about duplicate paid services. Very frustrating.
