I have installed antitheft and have my subsciptions paid.
i am trying to access the dashboard from my laptop and when i try to choose devices i get prompted to install antitheft
what is wrong?

Our development team report that issue with Anti-theft not working correctly, and linked Android devices not displaying on the Avast Account site has now been resolved. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused during this time.

It's not resolved because I am still having this issue. Please help!

The issue reported previously was a system-wide issue which was resolved, and is not currently causing your issue.
Can I check that what you are experiencing is exactly the same as described above?
- You are able to log into your Avast account, and the account is registered to the same email address that you have used to register on this forum.
- When you attempt to the open the Anti-theft page from my.avast.com, you are shown a message prompting you to install Anti-Theft.
