Does this feature work? I just tried it for the first time and it has been "Connecting to Agent...", "Please hold while we connect you to an agent" for about 30 minutes.
UPDATE: Nevermind. It just took a while for someone to connect.

I apologize for your wait. We attempt to keep agents online all during our business hours, and we get quite at times. :)
