Title: VPN hinders my internet speed severely

I have xfinity gigabyte internet and with my vpn it was impossible for me to reach past 180 mb/s. when I turn the VPN off it was 800+. Really hope you guys plan to address this or this is how a VPN is naturally I am not 100% sure tbh. I genuinely like all of Avasts products. Hard for me to know if they are actually doing their jobs but nonetheless I like them. :)

Using a VPN will slow your internet "to some degree" as it reroutes your connection through the VPN server (and encrypts).
The overall speed can also depend on which server(country) you've chosen, distance, time of day (how busy the chosen server is) and integrity of the connection.
So simply put you can expect some slow but typically not an extreme slowing.

Have you tried other 'VPN server locations' offered and is there any difference?
