Title: Wrong IP Address from Brazil

I've been using Secureline since 2018 and everything was okay since then.

This year until now when I'm connected throught Brazil location on Secureline, usually the assigned IP Address is 5.62.51.88 and what happens is that some websites doesn't recognise this as brazilian address and deny the access.
Why this is happening?
I've checked the brazilian IP ranges and subnet 5.62.51.88 is assigned correctly.
