Title: Cannot activate Avast Internet security

Hello,
I purchased a few days ago an Avast Internet Security license, and installed it immediately. I received the activation code but cannot get the product activate. When I introduce the code (either by typing or pasting, tried several times) the avast stays for a while verifying but ends telling that something went wrong ("Parece que algo ha fallado..."). I followed the instructions in

and finally got a license file but the same happens always. Today avast got updated to the version 19.6.2383 but nothing changed.
The machine is behind a proxy, but it is set in the options and the updates run perfectly.
System is Windows 7 Pro x64 with latest updates.
Please what to do, thanks
