so i've purchased the secureline VPN a year ago and didn't not notice and uncheck the autorenew option
some billing company named Digital River charged my account 87 euros !!!!!! for an annual renewal on a product i don't use any more
strange thing is that i purchased this product through the Avast user interface on my PC and can't track any order mail in any of my email accounts
i set up an account on the Avast site registered all my email accounts yet Avast tracked no license number for any of their products
obviously i do have the secureline VPN license key registered in my PC's Avast interface
how do i cancel SecureLinve VPN autorenew and get a refund?
All the Avast support topics that refer to refund and autorenew cancellation issues require the order ID thingy which i never got!!!!
