Title: WiFi calling issue with VPN

I recently started using Avast VPN.  I don't get a cell signal at home or work so I use wifi calling.  When VPN is turned on my phone does not ring and I can't call out.  I have to disconnect and restart my phone to make a call

There was an Android system update and things got worse.  Now if VPN is on nothing will load ingonito or regular in chrome.  I had to turn off VPN to even load Avast forums.
