Title: Passwords for android suddenly unsync'd and won't resync

About a month ago passwords for android on my phone suddenly unsync'd, all passwords removed as though it had just been installed fresh. Nothing at all changed on the phone, no new apps, nothing. It refuses to sync again, all I get is "Something went wrong, please try again later."

I have logged into my avast account on the phone dozens of time, I have imputed 6 digit numbers from my email countless times, re-installed the app, clicked accept the mobile sync on the PC version. Nothing works. What can I try?
