Title: Avast internet security - no sound in the sandbox

I used avast internet security's trial to see what it's like. I tested the sandbox but any application inside the sandbox does have any sound. I googled the issue and found old posts that were offtopic. My audio is fine outside the sandbox, this was a problem inside the sandbox. Also, if i have the same program open normally, the sandbox wont open the same program. Any fix for both?

- Which version of AIS..?
- OS..? (32/64 Bit..? - which SP/Build..?)
- Other security related software installed..?
- Which AV(s) did you use before Avast..?

 :P1. Idk how to check that but i downloaded the latest trial from the website
2. my os is 64 bit , windows 10, and idk which service pack i have. im running windows 10 build 1809
3. no, i have windows defender though
4. none, this is my only av outside windows defender
sorry for taking so long, these verification images are kinda hard

1. Download Avast Internet Security: https://files.avast.com/iavs9x/avast_internet_security_setup_offline.exe
2. Follow instructions: https://www.avast.com/uninstall-utility (Run this tool for all prior installed Avast versions..!!)
3. Reinstall Avast with the downloaded installer from point 1.
4. Reboot.

Sorry for the late response, this method doesn't work unfortunately. I still hear no sounds at all :(
EDIT: In volume mixer, everything has sound playing when i click on it, but i dont see any sound on the sandboxed program
