Can i make my avast stop updating secretly in background please , i know it when update avast updating without my permission because it cause performance drop, A BIG PERFORMANCE DROP , and i can't end proccess it so i need to leave it for 15 minute which is a significant time because it happen in important time , i want my avast update in the right time not a sudden update in the middle of me doing something , is there any fix to this or else i will just install another anti virus .

Looking at your image, and seeing the Avast Antivirus Installer, might actually not be what you think it is.
I have my Program Updates set to Manual and I haven't had a forced program install (although this is technically a possibility, serious security update). Generally I don't have the task manager open all of the time.
I can't see this Process in the Task Manager on my win10 laptop. But If you check its properties I think you will find that this it the instup.exe file and this is also used when installing new Virus Definition Updates.
This might be what you are seeing, given that your Program Version isn't the latest. Do you have your Virus Definition updates set to Automatic ?
If so this is likely to be what you are seeing and this shouldn't actually be in the task manager for very long as the virus definitions update should be fairly quick.
