Title: VPN won't connect even though I have an active license in the list
Post by: brianmiller91 on July 13, 2019, 07:22:33 AM
I set up the free 60 day trial and have everything set up normally, except it doesn't accept my activation license. I followed the installation instructions perfectly. I tried logging into my account and it has the license listed as active (set to renew even though i cancelled auto renewal, thanks) and it still won't let me connect. It just asks me to buy or enter my license every time I try to connect to the VPN. This feels like theft.

Same problem here.
60 days but not able to activate the VPN.
It tells me to buy a new licence too.

Same problem. Just took the two month trial licence for VPN. At my iPhone all went smoothly, but at my Windows PC I cannot activate. Although I have a licence code.
