Title: Solved: Can't sync my passwords on new account

I just updated my windows 7 to Windows 10, used Passwords (as I should) but I can't use my other synced device as it's now deleted and I don't know my old password because I used the Password tool so I don't need to know my password.

There is no way to contact support either because I am using the free version, what am I supposed to do to get access to all my passwords?
