Title: Why won't my Behavior Shield and Ransomware shield default to ON?

New problematic issue - I'm on a Windows 10 laptop and whenever I turn on the laptop Avast runs at start, but without Behavior Shield and Ransomware shield.  Why do I need Avast if the Behavior shield isn't on?  I can't figure out what setting made it require me to choose to turn it on every day, and how to fix it to automatically turn on the way it used to do.

Avast Version #19.6.2383 (build 19.6.4546.508)

Tried repair and reboot ?
