Post by: Karvax on July 31, 2019, 09:28:29 AM
Yesterday I installed:
Funktionsupdate für Windows 10, Version 1903 (Build 18362.267)

I use:
Avast Internet Security, free version, 19.6.2383

Now, when starting, Avast displays:

There's no free version of AIS.

1. Control Panel -> Add/Remove programs -> Avast
2. Click on 'Repair'.
3. Follow instructions.
4. Reboot.

Yes, my fault, of course it's not free.

The "repair" did it. It was too fast for me to see what exactly the repair did; it performed some magic and that was it. The version is still 19.6.2383 but now everything works fine. Spooky.

Thank you!
