Your service should be shut down in the US!
You make it IMPOSSIBLE to cancel auto-renew and I am angry!
I used the "cancel" support email on your customer support link, so answer!!
I was just charged AGAIN.
Your links to 'unsubscribe' don't exist in my account!
There IS NOT 'UNSUBSCRIBE' BUTTON otherwise, I would have used it!
All you do is put customer's in an endless 'renewal' loop!

you thought I came this far just to complain? I am complaining that I HAVE DONE WHAT WAS ASKED OF ME, THEY HAVE NOT.
YOUR RESPONSE, ALTHOUGH APPRECIATED WAS NOT HELPFUL.
I HAVE EMAILED TO THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT LINK TWICE.
NO RESPONSE.
MY ONLY RECOUSE IS TO DISPUTE THE CHARGE WITH MY BANK.
