Title: License file refused.

I know this has been asked several times already but I haven't found an answer. I recently downloaded Avast for free and obtained the free premier which works located in the other available licenses section. I got Cleanup premium which works fine, and Secureline VPN which doesn't work. I get the error saying "Avast Secureline VPN has refused your license file. Can anyone fix this?
