Title: Unusual activity is firewall block traffic

Ok for some time now i been getting alot of unusual traffic being blocked, not sure what it could be but i am concerned, here is what i have just to show a few:


   8/6/2019 4:37:33 PM   192.168.1.69   50037   239.255.255.250   1900   UDP   In   C:\Windows\System32\svchost.exe   Public Tcp/Udp In Block

get tons of these and tons of these:

   8/6/2019 4:37:42 PM   2600:1700:31c0:1000::1   -   2600:1700:31c0:1000:d87b:c87:dc27:e8c5   1   ICMPv6   Out      Public Icmp6 Destination Unreachable Out Block

What are they? i'm concerned
