Title: Avast V14 blocking all sites in Safari on a Mac

We just installed Avast version 14 on a Mac laptop running MacOS Mojave. While the web shield is running, we cannot open any websites in Safari.

We have had version 13 running on another Mac laptop for several months and this has not been an issue. The interface seems quite different, which has made it difficult to isolate what has changed.
