Some users have information about their computer or programs below comments. Does it apear when one post something on this forum? Or if I post, apear some info below my comments?

It is in the users Profile Information > Modify Profile > Signature and it appears below all posts.
You may have noticed a fine line below your post, under that would be the users signature information if they have edited their profile settings.

Correct until you modify your profile you won't see anything.
So anything that you don't want to appear in all of your posts should only go in the body of the post.
