Title: Subsystem Linux Windows Firewall

Avast Firewall is blocking port listening programs on the linux subsystem installed on windows
Example:

wsl.exe
$ nc -lp 40000

This command does not work if firewall is on
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
O Avast Firewall está bloqueando os programas de escutar portas no subsistema linux instalado no windows
Exemplo:

wsl.exe
$ nc -lp 40000

Este comando não funciona se o firewall estiver ligado

This affects more than one user so an ETA or workaround would be wonderfull!
