Title: Restore virus chest problem

wonder why I can't restore files on virus chest,everytime when i click restore button it says "Whoops, error occured, this file can't be restored"

If it's a malicious file, you can't restore it. You should be able to report it if you think the detection is incorrect.

I think that we are going backwards here, previously you could not only restore a file from the virus chest, but also exclude in the same action.  That option is still in the virus chest actions for a file according to my 19.7.2388 (build: 19.7.4674.526) version.  I have an old detection there to use as an example should it be necessary.

Whilst the user has to take responsibility for their own actions (even a warning if Avast must) but as we frequently say it is their system and their choice.

You could do with giving more detailed information, such as what action was selected from the drop down list, the original file name and location and the malware name given by avast ?
