Title: Trial won't let me use any of the premium tools

Anytime I try to use any of the premium tools, like the cleanup tool, it just tells me to sign up or start a free trial.  I have already started a free trial and from what I can tell, its the same as the free version. 

Should I not be able to use the premium features in the free trial?  Isn't that the whole point?
