Hi
My friend has been exposed to this malicious virus
And encrypt all .karl files
He tried avast ransomware tools , but this version was not included
is there a solution ?

every time i upload files all under 1MB (doc) CV

i got disconnected after i click on GO find out

This site can’t be reachedThe connection was reset.
Try:

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
Running Windows Network Diagnostics


and some times get me back to choose language again

Did you already remove the infection from the system..?

i did it before
and still i got nothing in no more ransom web site
when i click go to find out

his get me back to choose language again
