Title: The Master Agent is Offline after starting a Deployment

We've just started using Avast Business Pro for our school's desktop computers and I'm managing via the web console (business.avast.com). I'm getting the "Master Agent is offline" message several minutes after initiating a new deployment. I've confirmed that the master agent computer is in fact online. We are in an Active Directory environment (the master agent is actually also our domain controller). Any suggestions?
