Hi,

I made a transfer to your bank account for  a license (order nr :39606118008)  on 25 Sept 19 (deadline I had 26 Sept 19) Today I got an information that subscription has been terminated. Could you tell me why? I'd like to enclose PDF of transfer but unfortunatelly I can't send it to you
