Title: Avast Secure Browser not working

The Avast Secure Browser is not working. I click on it and nothing happens. Plus when I click on a link form outlook, nothing happens. (The link used to open automatically in Avast Secure Browser). Because the Avast browser is not working I cannot access the technical team to troubleshoot because the link won't open!MOHF I have  subscription for Avast Premium so this is not good enough.
