Title: Do you need to restart after scan if you wan to scan with another av ?

I am planning to scan my laptop with avast free and malwarebytes free. If i want to scan with malwarebytes after i scanning with avast, do i need to restart my laptop after scanning with avast complete even though there is no threat detected ?
Or i can just scan again with malwarebytes after scanning with avast without restarting my laptop ?

Just scan again.
No need to reboot, however if you want you can, no harm in doing so but no necessary :)
