Title: Problems cancelling my subscription/automatic renewal

I have a subscription for Cleanup (exp. Jan 2020) which I want to cancel. When I go to the Manage my subscriptions page, there is no Unsubscribe button. My subscription status reads 'Expired Jan 2020' and there is a 'Buy now' button!! I have confirmation that my free trial was converted to a paid subscription and I have the invoice showing the payment made.

Please can you unsubscribe me and cancel my automatic renewal.
