Title: How to cancel?

I tried the free trial. Now I get an email saying to click on the link in the email if I need to cancel. The link page doesn't display fully, so it doesn't work. I don't want to waste time for a free trial being on hold on the phone. When I login using the only login I'm aware I have, it shows no subscriptions at all. What do I do? I just want to CANCEK and not get charged!
