Title: Mail box protection

my mail box protection is turned off. when i try to activate it, nothing happens.

This part of the forum relates to my.avast.com. I am not aware of any mail box within that website.
I am guessing you are trying to report a problem with Avast Antivirus (Premium or Free) mail shield. If my guess is correct then you would be better posting your question here:

In your post please state which Avast product you are using and which operating system version you are running. That will assist people here to give advice and help you.
