I'm trying to use the SecureLine VPN 60 day trial. While it is listed as "Active", when I test the VPN on http://securedns.ff.avast.com/ it shows that I'm not protected. What steps do I need to take to ensure my VPN is active?

Hi,
On which device are you using SecureLine?
Which VPN location and which browser are you using?
-
I'm using it on my laptop which uses Windows 10. I'm also trying to use it on chrome or firefox. I cannot turn on the VPN using the actual On/Off button, but it still says it is active.
More Info:
When I click the button to turn it on it says I need a license. When I click "I already have a license" it retrieves my licenses and shows that I have an Avast SecureLine VPN License that is active. But I still cannot turn on the VPN.

Update:
@aly626249 confirmed
"...uninstalled the VPN from Windows 10 and reinstalled it as a component of Avast Antivirus..."
