Title: Unable to cancel my free 60 day trial

Hello, everyone!
So I am trying to cancel my free 60 day trial for avast cleanup premium, but it says that I don't have any subscriptions made with my current email adress. I sent a ticket explaining the situation and I recieved an email saying that they couldn't find any order made with the email adress that I provided and that I should send a confirmation purchase so that they can identify my payment. But being still a free trial, no payment was done so I can't send anything back. I have 8 days left till the renewal. I was wondering if you can find my order with the licence key?
Also I didn't recieve any confirmation email with my order ID or password so I don't have any. Thank you!

Did you use your credit card or PayPal for your trial or you just download it and install it?

If you did not use your CC during the purchase then no charges will be applied to your account.
