I am trying to fix a glitch in my Windows 8 (yuck, I know) laptop. I think it's a virus or trojan or worm. I have run full scan and boot scan. Nothing shows. The symptoms; I click the email tile on the home screen and the outlook.com opens. Then after it just finishes loading the page, it restarts with an "error occurred" message. Repeat forever. Then tried accessing from the desktop screen via windows explorer. Same situation.
Any advice appreciated.
