Title: Avast Cleanup hangs up on junk files 87%

Hi Guys as above in subject.Tried sending a log to avast but that hangs as well
I have payed for this and not a few trial
any ideas

I am sorry but I was not able to find the logs from you in our database.
Could you please send them again and then specified which email address you have used to send them so we can easily track them down?

We've been trying to reproduce this issue in our environment but unfortunately we were not successful. That's why we would really appreciate the logs from you to see what happened in your case.

Hello Stellarman,
please could You help me with deactivating Avast CleanUp Premium Tool? I did try out trial (didnt help to solve my issues),
 but I am not able to cancel my subscription. I didnt find any confirmation email about trial. So I dont have Order ID.
My licence number is 37EJ73-9A7C8J-4LL6R2

we have just cancelled your subscription.

The trial period is still valid until January 3 so you can still enjoy our product until then.

Hello, I am also having this issue. I have a HP laptop and I just bought the Avast Cleanup Premium. It hangs up at 85% of the "stage 2: examining file name linkage" I have tried running it twice with the same result. it has not been stuck there for 48 minutes.
