Title: avast is weak in trojans

i  have   trojan  downloader   virus   on  my  computer   but  avast  cannot  detect   it   should   i  send  that  send  that  file  to  support@avast.com

There's a special address for submitting suspicious files: virus@avast.com

Which trojan are you talking about? Which file was infected?

It is important when you report a problem, to give us as much information as your system displays at the time of the incident, that is, the file infected; the virus name; file size; path to infected file etc.

We can better analyze the situation and recommend a proper course of action.

As Technical pointed out, we need more information.
