Title: Trying to upgrade: "The online content is unavailable"
Post by: neywherk on December 07, 2019, 08:08:47 PM
I am currently using Avast Free AV. I've been trying to upgrade to the premium but for whatever reason my Avast can't connect online giving me the message, "The online content is unavailable. Please, check your internet connection and try again. [RELOAD]" Hitting reload does nothing.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Avast connects online until after the first smart scan where it tries to sell me a 60 day trial. I x'd out of that assuming I had fixed the issue and I would be able to get back to it but as soon as I did and went to upgrade the issue returned.

What do?
