Title: Web protection is enabled, software cannot be updated online

System: win10 1090 UEFI mode
Premium Security 19.8.23
Problem:
Turn on web protection, the software installed in the Chinese directory will not be able to update online or log in to the account. Installing in the English directory does not have the above problems. Disabling the web protection can normally solve the above problems.

Multiple installation tests are a problem with web protection

avast_internet_security No problem, now replaced to avast_internet_security
