After upgrading to version 19.4.426 of December 17, 2019, Avast Online Security for Mozilla Firefox (hereinafter AOS) is not active, it does not issue any activation request. (So ​​the user may think that AOS is still working, although this is not so.) To start AOS, you must click on the AOS icon on your own initiative and click on the "SCAN WEB ADDRESSES" button. But after restarting the browser, the situation returns to the original one, you need to click the icon again and click the button.

I reactivated it in the settings - addons.
Once that was done, it's again working as expected.
