i've been using avast for quite a while and know how it works normally, but i got a new computer and since i was locked out of my old outlook account, decided to make a new one, i linked my account, put my card number in etc. but because i didnt have enough money for an extension, i went to cancel it. it shows up in the 'active subscriptions' section of the desktop app, but i never got an email about it and it wont show up on my account. does anyone know how to fix this? i dont know what happens if it auto-renews when my bank is empty

Use the following to get help, https://support.avast.com/article/24/ (orders and refunds) if you don't have an order # use 00000000 then explain your problem.
