Title: Verification Question will only Accept 2019 as Current Year

I tried to post a question a few minutes ago and where it asks me current year, I put in 2020, and it rejected it. I changed it to 2019 and it accepted it.

I think that the board needs to be updated to accept the current year as 2020.
