Hi,

could you please check whether you have a setup log created on your machine, it shall be located in: c:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp\Setup Log 2018-08-03 #002.txt where the exact name of the file will different based on the date you have it installed.

Then please share the setup log file so we can examine it and see what happened.

I bought and installed Avast Cleanup Premium to solve an issue on my PC related to Dwrite.dll

Unfortunatly Avast Cleanup Premium seems to fail to run because of this issue. After starting , the App is blocked and displays a white window.

Other Apps such seem to be blocked by a Dwrite.dll issue.

What can I do ?

Hi,

You can try the following to resolve this type of issue.

1. You could try to re-install the application.
2. You could try a windows system restore.
3. You could try to run a System File Checker (SFC) scan.
