Title: My sister just got a DRI*Avast charge of 60$?

I do not know how that actually happened, but about a week ago a transcation appeared on her bank account of 60 USD, and she never even heard about avast.

What can I possibly do now? I tried sending a ticket but I have no order information and can only provide the card number that was apperantly used in this transcation.

Can anyone please guide me?
