Title: ayuda supcripcion a avast

tengo un problema compre la suscripcion a avast desde windows 10 en avast free el pago lo realice atraves de la tarjeta de credito. el pago ya se registro y acredito. la activacion fue automatica pero tuve un problema con windows y lo tuve q reinstalar perdiendo todo lo guardado.. todo bien asta ahy pero cuandp reinstalo avast no tengo el premium hice un reclamo y me respondieron q con mi e-mail no tienen registrado ninguna compra. que es lo que debo hacer ahora
