Title: Avast Password Exclamation Point

I have Avast Premium Security on a Surface Pro with Windows 10 Pro and I use Google Chrome Version 79.0.3945.88.  About once a month the chrome extension passwords key will have an exclamation point next to it.  When this happens none of the avast products seem to work.  Running a repair fixes the problem, but I don't want to keep doing this.  If this is an issue on my end, any advice on how to correct would be greatly appreciated.  If this an Avast problem that can't/won't be fixed I would also like to know so I can start looking for a different solution.
